By separating the mattress into an upper and lower layer, unique sleeping characteristics can be achieved. The design of Duett mattresses allows the upper layer to remain soft and supple, while the lower layer provides the base firmness and determines the overall firmness or softness of the combination. In addition, Duett mattresses are much easier to move and flip than other comfort mattresses.
Duett 1 is the firmest combination mattress in the Duett series.
Top mattress 1: sheep’s virgin wool, horsehair, 4 cm medium-firm natural latex, horsehair, sheep’s virgin wool, tricot inner cover, Lyocell quilted outer cover.
Lower mattress 1: 6 cm natural latex, 2 cm rubberized coconut fiber, quilted cover with virgin sheep’s wool.
Rotating the lower mattress brings the firm coconut fiber layer to the center of the combination. This makes the mattress significantly firmer.
