Matrah-moll is one of our most trusted natural mattresses, which we have successfully sold for over 20 years. A mattress with a pleasantly firm lying feature.

Characteristics
One lies as on a natural pad: slightly damped, on a pleasantly firm and areal yielding mattress. The side with the horsehair fleece is a bit softer than the side with the coconut fiber mat.

Core materials
Sandwich core constructed from 8 cm natural latex, covered with a fleece of horsehair (the softer side) and with coconut matting vulcanized with natural latex on the other side (the harder side). Finally the core is wrapped in pure new wool (two fleeces*).

All mattress materials are checked for harmful substances. The latex consists in its polymer content of 100 % pure natural latex. The pure new wool comes from controlled biological animal husbandry.

Cover
Standard is a organic cotton ticking cover (picture), alternatively a removable cotton quilted or Lyocell **quilted cover. The cotton quilted cover is either filled with pure new wool fibers (not washable) or with cotton fibers (washable 30 °). The Lyocell quilted cover is filled with a lyocell-cotton-fiber mix (washable 40 °).

Height of the mattress: approx. 13 cm

* The mattresses with quilted cover are wrapped in only one layer of pure new wool, because an additional layer of wadding is integrated in the cover.
